If the battery is running low or runs out the VirtualBox can end up in an "undefined state" making it impossible to reopen RadarOpus again.
Click on Start -> All Programs -> Oracle VM VirtualBox
Click on UbuntuSrv
Click on Discard
The problem of the undefined state will be solved in version 1.08
