VirtualBox fatal error message: could not boot from medium

Failed to open the hard disk

Cannot register the hard disk because a hard disk (with the same name) already exists.

Click on File -> Virtual Media Manager

Choose the UbuntuSrv.vdi and Remove

Confirm the removal and then choose Keep

Click on storage -> SATA controller and add existing hard disk
