Cause

Caused by a conflict with the printer driver 

The following printers are not compatible with Radar 9.0 (nonexhaustive list):
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 1300 PCL
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 1150 PCL
Hewlett-Packard 3550/3650
Hewlett-Packard Color Laserjet 2550L

The following printers are not compatible with Radar 8 (nonexhaustive list):
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 1300 PCL
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 1150 PCL
Hewlett-Packard 3550/3650
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 3700
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 3030
Hewlett-Packard Color LaserJet 4650

The following printers are not compatible with Radar 7.3 (nonexhaustive list):
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 1300 PCL
Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 1150 PCL
