How to change the print format to landscape or portrait ?

Before printing the analysis, in the menu choose 'File' then 'Print setup'.  In the orientation box, choose 'Portrait' or 'Landscape', then click OK.

Once you have done this, choose 'File' then 'Print preview' to verify the printer orientation before you choose to print on paper.
