When you right click on a remedy in Synthesis and choose Remedy Information, the Picture and Sound buttons are greyed.

In the Radar menu, if you click on View and choose Multimedia list for remedies, the list is empty.

Solution

Make sure there is access to the multimedia items O45 and O46

Close Radar

Insert the Programs DVD

Copy the Photo and Sound folders from the Program DVD and replace the ones installed on the PC
