Support for RadarOpus:

  • All support enquiries should be logged via our ticketing system
  • Support is free for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery
  • Free installation on two computers belonging to the same user
  • Free transfer of cases and patient files from Radar to RadarOpus
  • Free support for issues with RadarOpus live updates and license activation

Paid support

A charge will be made for remote support where:

  • RadarOpus needs to be reinstalled or fixed after the user’s hardware has been repaired, reformatted or replaced.
  • Any other problem that has caused RadarOpus to cease to function and is not directly related to one of our products.

Please note that you will be made aware of charges and the type of support needed prior to any payment being applied.

Live support fees: 30 €/35 USD$ per 30 minutes.
Payment: by bank transfer (BIC/IBAN code) or Visa/Mastercard.

Warning for email communication

The Support Team at Archibel takes great effort to respond to all your inquires.  We are aware not all email programs allow you to receive our emails. If you email us or log a ticket please check your Spam or Bulk folders for any blocked replies.

You may also consider adding our email addresses to your contact list.
This may help prevent a loss of communication.
